Terms and conditions for the webshop

My website has been designed to make online purchasing very straightforward. Choose to buy a product by clicking the respective “Add to Cart” button. To view your cart at any time, click the “My Shopping Cart” button at the bottom of every page. At the checkout you will be asked for a few details that I need to be able to complete your order.

Once your online order has been submitted, you will be notified via email to confirm your order has been received. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 6 hours, please contact me.

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made in my webshop. Once you have placed your order, you automatically also agree with these conditions.

Delivery

If you do not receive your order, because of a mistake by the post office, please contact me. Together we will look for a suitable solution.

All orders will be sent within 10 days.

Change and return

If an order reaches you in good condition but you still aren’t satisfied, it unfortunately isn’t possible to return or change your order.

Warranty

Please check your order as soon as it is delivered. When your order is damaged or broken, please contact me by mail within 7 days and send a picture of the damage with your message. After I’ve received your email, I will send the product again (applicable only for prints). The author of the painting, Polona Kitak, will pay for the costs.

Rights

All rights of the products and paintings bought via the webshop will remain the property of the author, Polona Kitak. Products of the author, Polona Kitak, may under no circumstances be copied or used to produce a new product.

Privacy

When you place an order, you have to fill in some personal data. I need these data to complete the order. Your data will only be used for this purpose.
