I wanted to share with you my ongoing art project that is deeply connected with haiku poetry. For those of you who don’t know what is haiku: haiku is a very short form of Japanese poetry, which in a very condensed way describes a moment from nature connected with people’s feelings.
I was reading and reliving marvelous verses from internationally recognized poet and a member of World Haiku Association Alenka Zorman and truly got inspired. I was honored that she agreed to cooperate with me in visual depiction of her haiku poetry that is sensitively describing happening in the heart of Ljubljana, the capital of our beautiful Slovenia.
